APARTMENT J
Two side wing apartments have been merged into one apartment. The main corridor connects the entrance on the side of one courtyard facade around the corner to the kitchen and balcony facing on the side of the second courtyard.
This unique space has been emphasized during the renovation of the apartment: the wall and door to the kitchen have been removed and the kitchen furniture is pulled around the corner into the corridor. The high cabinets are now partially integrated into the wall to the living room so that the view can slide across the apartment unimpeded.
A mirrored wardrobe in the entrance reinforces the new character of the corridor, the sliding doors to the living room and bedroom can be invitingly opened or closed to create more private areas. The new built-in walnut furniture in the bedroom emphasizes the tranquil character of the space.
