LA FERMETTE
The small former goat farm La Fermette, situated in a hamlet of the hilly Dordogne, is now the holiday home of a Berlin family.
A new staircase connects the kitchen in the ground floor with the living room in the upper floor, for the second construction phase a two-storey guest flat is planned in the former stable.
The building structure is being preserved, new bathrooms are installed and all surfaces are redone. The character of the house is retained and accentuated as far as possible. New accents are set by the floor in béton ciré in the ground floor, the colorful kitchen and the brightly colored tiled surfaces in the bathrooms.
